We aim to have the most knowledgeable and courteous technicians. T & D's service tech's receive yearly training to keep up with technology advances. Our office pulls quotes on parts from multiple suppliers to get the customer our best price possible. And, all our service calls come with a 45 day warranty.
Install/New Construction
Licensed and Insured

T & D will install a new unit, change out your old unit, replace your duct work, or do a unit conversion. In other words, we do it all! T & D is especially known for neatness and perfection in new construction. We clean up all of our jobsites and go above and beyond for a happy customer.
Maintenance
We do annual or bi-annual maintenance (once a year or twice a year.) Our maintenance plans can be residential or commercial. Coil cleanings, drain flush, minor wiring issues, minor insulation issues, etc. are all included in our maintenance plans.
